Managing Director
With more than 15 years of experience, Dimitar is one of the most recognised project management professionals in the Bulgarian commercial real estate sector.
He has consulted and managed the construction and fit-out of various office, industrial, logistics, retail and residential projects for numerous international clients such as Allianz, Cargill, Sensata Technologies, DHL, Merkle, Lenovo, Intuitive Surgical, Dentsu, Palfinger, Nexo, Payhawk, Proxiad, Coca-Cola, Broadcom, IT-Economics, Chaos and many others.

Diyana Yaneva, MArch
Head of Interior Design and Fit-Out Project Management
Diyana is the creative heart of the company, pursuing the beauty in all its forms.
Her professional path began in Italy, creating interiors for medieval palaces, going through high-scale residential projects to reach the corporate design – where function meets form. She has designed and managed the fit-out of amazing office spaces for companies like Payhawk, Cargill, ING Bank, Viatris, BNP Paribas, Work Nomads and Teletek Electronics.
Diyana’s hunger for beauty and adventurous nature made her part of two symbolic art projects of Christo and Jeanne-Claude – The Floating Piers and L’Arc de Triomphe, WRAPPED.
Todor Yankov, MEng
Head of Construction Project Management
Structural engineer with more than 13 years of comprehensive experience in all areas of the construction-investment process in Bulgaria – design, construction, investor control and project management. Todor’s professional background combined with his in-depth knowledge of construction technologies make him one of the most successful project managers in our market, as well as a great leader of Atlas PM’s Project Management Department. His determination, motivation and dedication guarantee the successful completion of the projects of all our clients. Todor has led projects for numerous local and international companies such as Allianz, Amgen, TEK Experts, NEPI Rockcastle, Nasekomo, Sensata Technologies, AIG and many others.
Nikolay Velchev, MArch
Senior Construction Project Manager
Nikolay is a valuable asset to our team with more than 17 years of experience in the construction and architectural design sectors in Bulgaria. His rich background in design and on-site construction management industrial, office, retail and residential developments adds value to every project he is involved in. Nikolay’s most notable qualities are great attention to detail, structured and clear approach, and extensive technical knowledge. Nikolay has been a significant part of construction and fit-out projects for numerous international companies such as Merkle, Sensata Technologies, Intuitive Surgical, APS Printers, Dentsu, Palfinger and many others..
Boyan Milchev, MEng
Construction Project Manager
Structural engineer with more than a decade of experience in industrial construction for projects implemented in both the private and public sectors. His professionalism and expertise, combined with technical knowledge and creative thinking, are essential for project management and the implementation of established construction practices and innovations. Boyan has managed over 150,000 square meters of industrial and logistics construction projects for clients such as JYSK, Praktis, Multivac, VAK-02, Betelgeuse, Glorient Investment, Dormakaba, the Municipality of Nikopol, the Municipality of Botevgrad, the Municipality of Kotel, and many others. Boyan’s expertise in industrial construction adds value and reduces risk for all our clients’ projects in the sector.
Georgi Marinov, MEng
Construction Project Manager
Civil Engineer with over 13 years of professional experience in the management and control of investment and construction projects. His career has developed through hands-on involvement in the organization and coordination of construction and installation works on site, providing him with a strong practical foundation and comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Project Manager and Quality Control Specialist, Georgi has successfully delivered more than 150,000 sq.m of industrial and warehouse developments. He leads multidisciplinary teams and coordinates all project stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Elitsa Petrova, MArch, PMP
Project Manager
As an young architect, Elitsa strongly believes in the mission of her profession – to develop and provide a better civil environment. The best way for her to achieve this goal is to use her strong organisational and communication skills towards project execution, therefore Elitsa takes the career path of a construction and fit-out project manager. Early preparation, reasonable resource management and respect to every single client need are the keystones of her work values. Thanks to her experience with world heritage preservation projects she has developed as a detail-oriented professional with a significant interest in new techniques and industry standards to deliver outstanding results with her work.

With a strong passion for adaptive reuse, Aleksandra approaches historical contexts with sensitivity, carefully balancing preservation with innovation to create spaces that feel both authentic and forward-looking. Her extensive market experience – from mid-range developments to ultra-high-end brands – enables her to seamlessly connect visionary spatial strategy with meticulous interior execution. Tsonka Todorova, MArch
Junior Interior Architect
As a highly creative architect with a lifelong passion for design, Tsonka brings an unique perspective to the field of architecture and interior design. Since her childhood, she has been fascinated by how the spaces we inhabit shape our lives, driving her commitment to creating environment that enhance daily experiences.
Her journey in architecture has been marked by participation in numerous prestigious competitions, with her projects gaining recognition and publication in renowned magazines. She has recently completed her Master’s program in Architecture at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, where she has honed her expertise in interior design, particularly in crafting innovative office spaces.
Tsonka is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design, always striving to merge functionality with aesthetic appeal in every project she undertakes.
Iliana Romanova, MArch, BEng
Junior Project Manager
Iliana is a young professional distinguished by her multidisciplinary expertise. Despite her early stage of career development, she holds Master’s degrees in Architecture and Investment Project Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Construction of Buildings and Facilities. Her professional profile combines knowledge and competencies across multiple stages of the investment process – from conceptual design through to project management and execution control.
She began her professional journey in an interior design studio and subsequently in an architectural practice, where she gained practical experience in architectural design and the coordination of design teams. Right now, she has chosen to focus on project management, complementing her creative approach with structured thinking and strategic organization.
As a young and motivated professional, she is committed to delivering well-coordinated and sustainable solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficient resource management.
