Dimitar Polyanov, MA Arch, PMP

Managing Director

With more than 15 years of experience, Dimitar is one of the most recognised project management professionals in the Bulgarian commercial real estate sector.
He has consulted and managed the construction and fit-out of various office, industrial, logistics, retail and residential projects for numerous international clients such as Allianz, Cargill, Sensata Technologies, DHL, Merkle, Lenovo, Intuitive Surgical, Dentsu, Palfinger, Nexo, Payhawk, Proxiad, Coca-Cola, Broadcom, IT-Economics, Chaos and many others.

Diyana Yaneva, MA Arch

Head of Interior Design

Diyana is the creative heart of the company, pursuing the beauty in all its forms.
Her professional path began in Italy, creating interiors for medieval palaces, going through high-scale residential projects to reach the corporate design – where function meets form. She has designed amazing office spaces for companies like Payhawk, Cargill, ING Bank, Viatris, BNP Paribas, Work Nomads and Teletek Electronics. 
Diyana’s hunger for beauty and adventure’s nature made her part of two symbolic art projects of Christo and Jeanne-Claude – The Floating Piers and L’Arc de Triomphe, WRAPPED.

Todor Yankov, MA Eng

Head of Project Management

Structural engineer with more than 13 years of comprehensive experience in all areas of the construction-investment process in Bulgaria – design, construction, investor control and project management. Todor’s professional background combined with his in-depth knowledge of construction technologies make him one of the most successful project managers in our market, as well as a great leader of Atlas PM’s Project Management Department. His determination, motivation and dedication guarantee the successful completion of the projects of all our clients. Todor has led projects for numerous local and international companies such as Allianz, Amgen, TEK Experts, NEPI Rockcastle, Nasekomo, Sensata Technologies, AIG and many others.

Nikolay Velchev, MA Arch

Senior Project Manager

Nikolay is a valuable asset to our team with more than 17 years of experience in the construction and architectural design sectors in Bulgaria. His rich background in design and on-site construction management industrial, office, retail and residential developments adds value to every project he is involved in. Nikolay’s most notable qualities are great attention to detail, structured and clear approach, and extensive technical knowledge. Nikolay has been a significant part of construction and fit-out projects for numerous international companies such as Merkle, Sensata Technologies, Intuitive Surgical, APS Printers, Dentsu, Palfinger and many others..

Konstantin Milev, MA Arch

Project Manager

An architect with over 9 years of experience in architectural planning and design and related manufacturing and construction know-how, 3D modelling and visualisation, digital art. He is a responsible professional, hard-working person and an extremely quick learner, with a vision of his own. Konstantin brings the same high level of professionalism on every project, to ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of optimal solutions and detail-oriented approach in every aspect of the work.

Elitsa Petrova, MA Arch

Junior Project Manager

As an young architect, Elitsa strongly believes in the mission of her profession – to develop and provide a better civil environment. The best way for her to achieve this goal is to use her strong organisational and communication skills towards project execution, therefore Elitsa takes the career path of a construction and it-out project manager. Early preparation, reasonable resource management and respect to every single client need are the keystones of her work values. Thanks to her experience with world heritage preservation projects she has developed as a detail-oriented professional with a significant interest in new techniques and industry standards to deliver outstanding results with her work.

Martina Ivanova

Intern Interior Architect

Before joining Atlas Project Management’s Interior Design Department, Martina gained valuable academic experience in Vienna and honed her professional skills at independent architecture firms in Sofia. Currently, she is in her final year of the master’s program in Architecture at UACEG, where she has focused her efforts on residential building design and interior design.

At Atlas PM, Martina’s focus has seamlessly transitioned to office interior design. Her design skills, work ethic, and keen eye for detail consistently exceed expectations. Despite her young age, Martina’s proficiency and ambition set her apart as a standout professional. Her dedication to learning, creativity, and professional development makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Tsonka Todorova

Intern Interior Architect

As a highly creative architect with a lifelong passion for design, Tsonka brings an unique perspective to the field of architecture and interior design. Since her childhood, she has been fascinated by how the spaces we inhabit shape our lives, driving her commitment to creating environment that enhance daily experiences.

Her journey in architecture has been marked by participation in numerous prestigious competitions, with her projects gaining recognition and publication in renowned magazines. Currently, she is in the final year of her Master’s program in Architecture at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, where she has honed her expertise in interior design, particularly in crafting innovative office spaces.

Tsonka is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design, always striving to merge functionality with aesthetic appeal in every project she undertakes.

Adriana Nikolaeva

Intern Interior Architect

Adriana is an Interior Architect Intern at Atlas Project Management, focusing on designing innovative office spaces that balance functionality and aesthetics. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with several architecture awards, including her latest achievement for exceptional work in office interior design.

Currently, Adriana is completing her diploma project at UACEG, where she is researching emerging work environments to gain deeper insights into how design impacts productivity and well-being.

Driven by a passion for creating exceptional interiors, Adriana seeks to inspire users while authentically reflecting each brand’s identity. Her goal is to seamlessly blend creativity and functionality, crafting spaces that foster collaboration and innovation.
