We are currently looking to hire a Construction / Fit-out Project Manager based in Sofia. The prospective employee would work closely with the company director, client executives and contractors.
Responsibilities include:
- Management and participation in fit-out, construction, technical due diligence and design projects in the Office and Industrial sectors;
- Active involvement in daily project management activities;
- Site inspections, monitoring and technical supervision;
- Tendering and procurement;
- Planning, budgeting and reporting;
- Client and contractor communication and relationship.
The ideal candidate would have:
- University degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/MEP/Construction Project Management;
- At least two years’ work experience in a relevant field (Construction Project Management; Quantity Surveying; Construction Supervision; Design and Engineering);
- Fundamental understanding of project management processes (scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, quality control);
- Good understanding of building systems and installations, construction, design and permitting processes;
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Excellent computer literacy (including good command of CAD and Project Management software);
- Organizational and communication skills, problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency;
- Quick learning ability, self-starting motivation and ability to take initiative;
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
